It's been almost one year since I photographed my first wedding!
Jess has been a close friend of mine since we were 5 years old, and I was honoured when she and her love asked me to photograph their special day.
Every wedding is unique and tailored to the personalities of the Bride and Groom. Jess and Dan's day was as unique as they could be, with DIY bouquets and decorations, poems, and a special place for every friend and family member.
Through the lens, I experienced an even more unique day, and there is one moment that will stay with me forever. Dan works with the R.A.F. and as the Revd. was discussing the future of this beautiful couple, he detailed the strength of their relationship. It is a strength that will allow the potential of a Long-Distance-Relationship to flourish. It is a strength that has only gotten stronger since they met. And it is a strength that I was honoured to see in their eyes. Through the lens, the connection and emotion in that one moment was as large as life and as clear as day.
Every wedding is unique. Every photo tells a story. And Summer is full of love.
